Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, our team will begin preparing it for shipment.

Please allow 4–8 business days for order processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

During busy shopping seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

Shipping & Delivery

Our estimated delivery time is 13–20 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or unexpected shipping delays.

Tracking Your Order 📦

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

This tracking number allows you to follow your package's journey and stay updated on its delivery progress.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.

While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, certain circumstances may cause delays beyond our control.

If your package is taking longer than expected, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We'll be happy to help you check its status.
